Our founder started her construction career in New York city, working in the luxury retail construction industry as a Construction Project Manager. This is where she honed her attention to detail, reinforced her love for well crafted designs and masterfully constructed projects.

After a chance encounter with a construction project manager in NYC, inspired by the blend of construction and art, she decided to pivot her career from accounting to the world of luxury construction. She enrolled at New York University to study Construction Project Management. This pivotal decision reshaped her future, steering her passion and skills toward founding

Jenn Day
Jenn is a well-rounded, detailed oriented and seasoned Construction Documentation / Assistant Project Manager with over 27 years of experience in Commercial Construction.After starting out in the industry as a Receptionist, her enthusiasm and drive to learn earned her promotions in Project Administration and Assistant Project Manager positions.Her passion for the Construction Industry has continued to grow as she joins the Be Design Build team. She brings a positive influence when dealing with owners, contractors, subcontractors and vendors in support of Project Management.
